Great for Women Cycles

UPDATE: Emma from Wholesome Wellness reached out to me to make thing right. They felt horrible that this bottle slipped through the quality control system. She asked for photos to prove what I said then quickly offered to replace the entire bottle. The company is mailing out a full size bottle for me to that will be here soon. Fantastic customer service.

The first couple of broken capsules I tossed but then when I found another I decided to write a review. The capsule makes a ‘crunch’, ‘crackle’ sound when pinched as if it’s old and dried out.I don’t think I can return since they have been opened so I’ll be out the money and trash the rest.
